The advantage of working in partnership with other professionals is the proven benefit of a multi-faceted approach to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Active participation in working groups enables representatives for services within the community to advocate on behalf of families, to express a diverse range of ideas, to promote interests within the local government system and to participate in policy making and oversight activities.
My Project…Minding You is committed to advocating for families and to providing essential community supports to children, young people and their families in to the future. Our team of professionals continuously explore innovative ways to collaborate with and to support families. If you are a local school or service and would like more information on how we can work together for the benefit of our community, we would be very happy to hear from you.
